3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Warranty

  • Most eBikes are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year for the frame and 6 months for the battery and motor. Exact terms vary by product.

  • Proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.
