At Ride eBike, we’re committed to getting your eBike to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Shipping Within the USA
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your eBike’s journey right to your doorstep.
Delivery Timeframes
Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
Pre-Order or Backordered Items: Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Free on all eBikes
Accessories & Parts: Shipping calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost (options shown at checkout)
White Glove Delivery (Optional)
Want extra convenience? Choose our White Glove Delivery service, and a local technician will deliver, assemble, and test your eBike right at your home. Availability varies by location.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also log into your account to track your order status anytime.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your eBike arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.
