Refund & Returns Policy
At Ride eBike, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Bikes that have been ridden, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our support team at contact@rideebike.com to initiate a return.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Carefully repackage the item and include all original parts, manuals, and accessories.
Ship the item using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect).

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your eBike arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned eBikes to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
